Include your task ID from My creations and describe what happened. If a video is still processing, avoid submitting it again. Confirmed failures return credits automatically; uncertain submissions are checked before we take further action.

Payment and account questions

Include your account email and order reference if available. Do not email passwords, full payment card numbers or other sensitive authentication information.

Rights and content requests

If you believe an upload or reference violates your rights, send the relevant URL, a description of the concern and information that helps establish your authority to make the request.
