Terms of Service
Updated October 17, 2026. These terms apply to Flying Car AI at flyingcarai.net.
The service
Flying Car AI creates AI-generated video from an uploaded photo and a selected reference template. Generated content can contain artifacts or inaccurate details. Reference clips illustrate the intended effect and do not guarantee a particular result. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permission and acceptable use
Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including consent from identifiable people. Do not use the service for sexual or exploitative content, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity or violations of another person’s rights. Do not bypass content checks or abuse the service.
Credits and payments
480p generation uses 50 credits; 720p generation uses 100 credits. Prices and credit quantities are displayed before checkout. Packs are one-time purchases; purchased credits do not expire. Credits are reserved when a task is created. Confirmed failures return the reserved credits. See the Refund Policy for purchase refund requests.
Outputs and references
You retain your rights in your uploaded material. You authorize the processing needed to produce and store your video. You are responsible for checking the output, obtaining rights required for your intended use and following the rules of platforms where you share it. Reference footage and vehicle brands belong to their respective rights holders.
Availability and responsibility
Generation times and availability can vary. We may pause the service for maintenance or supplier issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of exact likeness or uninterrupted operation. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
