Information used to operate your account
We process the account information you provide, such as your name and email, authentication records, credit balance, order references and support messages. Password authentication uses the authentication service’s protected password storage. Do not share your password with us.
Photos and generated videos
Your uploaded image is stored so it can be checked for prohibited content and sent to the video generation provider. We store task parameters, processing status and completed videos to make them available in your account. Do not upload information you do not want processed by these services.
Service providers
The service uses infrastructure and storage providers, Stripe for checkout, image moderation services and Replicate for video processing. These providers process the information needed to supply their services. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as full card numbers by Flying Car AI.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support sign-in, account security and preferences. Optional analytics runs when configured and permitted by your analytics choice. You can change that choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
Retention and your choices
Account, task and payment records are kept to operate the service, provide downloads, investigate failures and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support. Some records may need to be retained, and provider-held records are subject to their retention practices.
